On this course you will learn the fundemental techniques to make oils , vinegars, sour dough, preserving and flavouring food through curing and smoking.

Depending on what is in season, we will pick from the local hedgerows or meadows and then create fabulous tasting food from some of the following

Rosehips, Wild garlic, Pineapple weed, meadow sweet, sorrel, bilberries, blackberries, nettles or dandelions.
