Prices are £10.00 PPPN or Sole Occupancy £140.00 (conditions apply)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This booking is entered into on the understanding that the total number in the party shall not exceed the total available sleeping capacity of the barn (14 persons) excess numbers will terminate the booking arrangement and a refund will not be given.
2. If your party includes any children under the age of five then the barn must be booked for “sole occupancy”.
3.The owners do not and will not accept responsibility for damages or the loss including accident or injury resulting from the use of the barn.
4. The owners have the right to ask any body to leave whose behaviour is unacceptable.
5. All breakages within the barn must be paid for in full. Groups may be subject to an upfront bond to cover incidents such as graffiti etc. There is a strict no smoking rule in and around the barn.
6. Booking, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. 6 weeks prior to arrival the balance must be paid in full, if booking within the 6weeks the full balance must be paid, if booking is within 2 weeks the full amount must be paid on arrival in cash.
7. If cancellation is caused by the barn owners a full refund will be given. If guests can not meet the arranged dates we will attempt to rearrange. Cancellations up to 6 weeks before arrival will lose 25% of the depsosit. Cancellation within 2-4 weeks will be subject to a 50% retention and cancellations within 2 weeks will be subjected to a full deposit retention.

12. Group Bookings,- All groups must have a minimum leader participant ratio of one leader for every ten participants. Mixed sex groups must have leaders of both sexes. Group leaders accompanying the group are responsible for the discipline and behaviour of their group. Leaders are responsible for all damage caused by those in their group.
13. Quiet time outside the barn after 10pm
14. The barn must be left in a tidy and clean state.
15. Sole Occupancy bookings for Bank Holiday weekends, Easter Christmas and New year.
